Users are allowed to cancel their bookings based on the cancellation window defined by the platform. Full refunds are applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. For cancellations made within 24 hours, a partial fee may be charged. In the case of no-shows, the full booking amount will be deducted. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment method. The platform reserves the right to update the cancellation terms at any time without prior notice.
All bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time. A cancellation fee will be applied for late cancellations. No-shows will not be eligible for any refund. Users are advised to review booking details carefully before confirming.
